Anouska is a London-based soulful pop singer-songwriter, performer and voice coach.

 

Classically trained, the Suffolk-born singer-songwriter draws deep creative inspiration not only from her love for piano and strings but also, her musical theatre background. She blends heart-on-sleeve storytelling with soaring, evocative vocals to create a soul-stirring pop style that lifts and inspires her listeners.

 

She credits her variety and eclecticism for artists that her parents played including legends like Tina Turner, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Elton John and The Rolling Stones. These shaped her love for soul, gospel and R&B music and eventually influencing her own soulful vocal style.

 

Anouska has been honing her singing skills for over two decades both in the UK and Australia.  Highlights from Anouska’s career as a performer include singing at her own sold-out Eva Cassidy Unplugged show (Recital Centre, Melbourne) to more recently, her first live London show performing her original music (St. Pancras Old Church, London).

 

As a solo artist and singer-songwriter, Anouska is now stepping into the spotlight and enriching the acoustic pop landscape with her soulful sound.  In April 2021 she released her debut single Feels Like Home and has since released six further singles, I See You, Release Me, Runaway, Awaken, Use My Time and Breathe.
